Packing!

I'm new to the whole concept of e-chronicling, so bear with me as I figure this thing out.

I'm throwing this together so I don't have to email individuals with updates of my 5-week epic journey to western Canada.

Friday night, home alone at 10:22, waiting for a call to go grab one last pint with my local patrol buddies. My couch is piled high with snowboard gear, camping gear, and geeky electronics. Doing my best Santa Claus, I'm making a list, and checking it twice. I have to tie up any loose ends in Ottawa before I hit the road Sunday morning.

As it stands now, the plan is to leave early Sunday, with a rough itinerary as follows:
Sunday night in Wawa, Ontario
Monday night in Winnipeg, Manitoba
Tuesday night in Calgary or Banff, Alberta

The fun really begins on Wednesday, hopefully at Kicking Horse.

I have tested my helmet cam, by chasing my roommate's cats around the house wearing my helmet and goggles.
